The most probable issue here is that the class schedule was not applied to the student chart.
1) Providers can click on “Class Schedules” in the Manage box of their homepage.
2) This page shows how many charts your schedules are applied to:
If a schedule is not applied, it will show "0" and when you click the pencil edit icon, you will see the following message on the top:
3) In order to apply a class schedule to a chart, please do the following:
In the drop-down list you will find all the charts without schedules. Choose the student chart you would like to apply the class schedule to.
Then click “Save”. You should see that schedule appear in the child’s chart.
