What is the Email Log?

The Email Log page shows all the emails that were sent to secondary providers, teachers and parents who are assigned to your charts. They also may be sent to the provider if he/she sets up the settings for him/herself. Up to three emails may be sent to each person per day depending on checked boxes on Alert Settings page (alert me when comments are posted, please send me daily scoring alerts (9am) or (2pm). Seeing emails reminders on Email Log page means that they were sent by the system. If you did not get them, please check your spam folder. An issue of not getting emails can be firewall restrictions. You may need to ask your technology department to whitelist our domain www.e-drc.com.
