Where did my active charts disappear to?

Because our billing is triggered by the number of charts in your active folder, we have an automatic transfer set up to keep your active charts folder accurate and prevent mistaken billing.

If a chart is not scored for 30 days, it is automatically moved into your Inactive folder.
